At Huckleberry Grill, we believe that your wedding should be exactly what you want! That's why we offer multiple options to meet your needs.
We offer a full range of wedding options, including standard buffet (dropped off and set up for you), full-service meals (where our staff is on hand to take care of everything), appetizers only, or full, plated, multi-course meals.
Many weddings opt for our full-service buffet service package. This includes:
· your choice of formal silver or gold chafing dishes, serving spoons/tongs, & clear drink dispensers for use during your meal,
· full set up by our capable staff,
· staff on-hand to stock, refill, & assist with buffet service for the duration of your event, &
· cleanup of the chafers / buffet after your event.
As additional upgrades, we can also provide linens, more formal plasticware utensils and plates, and optional decor (greenery, tea lights, etc.). Please reach out to us at 801-882-4900 or eric@huckleberrygrill.com to discuss / book any additional upgrades.
We're ready to serve from our usual menu (available at www.huckleberrygrill.com/catering-buffet) or we can prepare a custom menu to fit your desired cuisine & budget! In the past, we've done all sorts of wedding themes- from high-end, to taco bars, to Italian, to medieval renaissance!
